Following a progression in temperature, the experience consists in:

• Caldarium: with temperatures of 40-45° C and 60% humidity it prepares the body for higher temperatures.
• 4 Lifestyle Shower: enjoy 4 different types of shower with a variety of water effects and of different intensity and temperatures.
• Bio Sauna: with temperatures 75-85°C and 45-55% humidity, it offers a very warm environment.
• Aroma Steam Bath: with a temperature of 55-60°C and 100% humidity it creates a warm, aromatic environment.
• Ice Fountain; ice machine, which helps to invigorate you between heat therapies.
• Kneipp Foot Bath: anatomical bench for 3 people with water jets and alternating cold and hot water.
